How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance of the date your vehicle leaves the parking area.
Can I still park if I don't have a reservation?
You can still use the standard parking spaces without a reservation.
However, during busy periods, there may not be any spaces available, or you may have to wait before you can enter the parking area.
Can I still make a reservation if I don't know the dates or times yet?
Reservations require the times and dates when your vehicle will enter and leave the parking area. Once you know these, you can make a reservation.
Can I change my reservation time?
If you only need to change your reservation by an hour or two, there's no need to officially change it.
However, for larger changes, On the day your reservation begins (i.e. the day when your vehicle enters the parking area), you can make changes from the My Account Page until three hours before the time when your reservation begins.
What should I do if I need to change my vehicle on the day my reservation begins (i.e. on the day when my vehicle enters the parking area)?

Can I make a reservation that starts on the same day?
Yes, if the calendar shows availability.
Is it possible to extend or shorten a reservation after it has been made?
Reservations can be extended if there is availability for all days being added to the reservation. Reservations can also be shortened. However, changes to reservations can only be made until three hours before the time when your reservation begins. Use the My Account page to make changes.
I made a reservation, but I didn't receive the confirmation email.
If you use a free email service like Gmail, the confirmation email may have been flagged as spam, or automatically sent to the trash. Please check to make sure this hasn’t happened to you.
You can also log in and use the My Account page to check your reservations.
Can I make a parking reservation for a rental car?
Yes, you can. Please note that the car’s license plate information is necessary when making a reservation.
Can I make a parking reservation for a motorcycle?
Reservations are not available for motorcycles. However, there are motorcycle spaces available in the standard parking areas.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Unfortunately, a credit card is necessary to pay the reservation service charge. We do not accept other payment methods.
The calendar shows "○" but I can't make a reservation.
Please note that even if parking is available on the date your vehicle enters the parking area ("○" on the calendar), if any date during the reservation has no available parking ("×" on the calendar), the reservation cannot be made.
Can I make a reservation for two vehicles?
No, reservations are each for a single vehicle. For multiple vehicles, it is necessary to make multiple reservations. Please note that the reservation service charge will apply for each reservation.
Can I make a reservation for a parking area other than the P1, P2 and P5 on-site parking areas at Narita International Airport?
No, this reservation service is only for the P1 Multi-story parking lot (2F/3F/4F) , P2 and P5 parking areas.
Can I make a reservation for a parking space for people with disabilities? Alternately, are there any reservation spaces for people with disabilities?
No, there are no reservation spaces for people with disabilities. However, plenty of designated spaces are available in the standard parking area. If you would like to use one of these spaces, simply use the intercom at the entrance or ask a member of the staff (you can say "sho-gai-sha space" and they should understand). They will show you where to go.
I made a reservation, but I parked in one of the standard spaces instead. Is this OK?
This is fine. However, please note that the reservation service charge will not be refunded.

Can I also pay the parking fees when I make my reservation?
No, only the reservation service charge is paid when making a reservation.
Please pay your parking fees when leaving the parking area, either at a ticket prepayment machine before returning to your vehicle or at the exit.
Are parking fees calculated when I make my reservation?
No. Parking fees are calculated based on the actual length of time the parking area was used, from when you enter the parking area to when you leave.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I enter the parking area for my parking reservation?
You don’t need to bring anything with you. You also won't need to show your reservation confirmation email to anyone.
Does making a reservation affect parking fees?
Parking fees are the same whether you make a reservation or not, and are based on the length of time between when your vehicle enters the parking area and when it leaves the parking area.
Is there a reservation service charge discount available for people with disabilities?
Yes, there is a 50% discount to the reservation service charge. Before reservation, you must provide the name of the government body that issued the disability certificate, and the disability certificate number on My Account page .
Can I use the parking area late at night or early in the morning?
Yes, you can enter or leave the parking area 24 hours a day.
What is the closest parking area to Terminal 3?
The P2 parking area is the closest one to Terminal 3.
Is there a special entrance for users with reservations?
No, there is not. For information on the P2 parking area, please see the guide on entering and exiting.
Are there any parking spaces for people with disabilities in the reservation parking areas?
No, there are no spaces for people with disabilities in the reservation parking areas. However, plenty of designated spaces are available in the standard parking area. What should I do if I want to use the parking area for more than the reservation limit of 20 days?
You can park in one of the standard spaces. However, you must submit a long-term parking application. Please contact the administrative office for the parking area beforehand.
Can I make a reservation for an oversized vehicle such as a bus or a commercial truck?
Reservations are not available for oversized vehicles.
